Unique experience
Very unique hotel made completely of wood. Great concept. Good breakfast, not as much variety as we had in other hotels but still very decent.
The stuff in the restaurant did not have great English, but we’re still able to communicate ahd they were very friendly, Only had one little pillow to sleep on, got up in the middle of the night and had to put towels and jackets under the pillow to be able to sleep, but these were minor things and we still enjoyed the hotel

Very Good
I liked the building and the location. View of the lake was spectacular. Also it was plenty of free parking in front of the hotel. Very good wifi. Also very good water pressure.
We arrived late in the evening and found the window open with -20deg outside. Took time to get the room warm enough. The table was full of stuff. No other place to shift coffee machine, etc. Breakfast was average comparing with other places in Norway.

Brilliant wooden hotel. Rooms with a stunning view!
Beautiful room with a view (we were located to the lakeside)! Thanks to all the wood it was quite cozy, yet modern! The bathroom was huge and included rituals soap! Beds were very comfortable and there was enough space to park (and load) our electric car. We loved the breakfast. Enough choice and everything was very fresh and more than tasty! The staff was friendly as well. The roof terrace had brilliant views!!!!
It is a bit expensive, but in the end worth it!
